Structured enough to hold its shape under a cup or glass, tactile enough to feel like a design object rather than a utility piece.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide a Store Credit equivalent to the value of the approved return.
Please note: Casa Dvipa does not offer monetary refunds. Once your return request is approved, the eligible amount will be issued as Store Credit, which can be redeemed against any future purchase on the Casa Dvipa website, subject to applicable terms and validity.

Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of order confirmation. To cancel an order, log in to your account and use the cancellation feature in your order history.
