Packaging and Handling

At Casa Dvipa, we take utmost care in packaging and handling your home decor items to ensure they arrive in perfect condition and reflect the quality and thoughtfulness of our brand as every product is packed with precision and care.

Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 7-10 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5-7 Business days.
Address change won’t be accepted once the order is placed.
Our Courier Partner will be able to deliver the shipment to you between Monday and Saturday: 9 am to 7 pm.
All orders will be processed from our warehouse in Bangalore.

Please Note:

During peak periods (Promotional timeframes and Holidays), processing may be extended.
The estimated delivery time might vary during the Sale Period and Contingencies.

Shipping Charge

Free shipping on all orders above INR 2,999/-
Below 2,999 INR 150 will be charged.

Delivery Time and Tracking Information

You will receive a tracking link via email/SMS once your order is dispatched. You can also track your order from your account dashboard. Our Delivery partner will give three attempts to deliver your products. So, please ensure that your shipping address, contact number, and email are correctly entered at checkout. Our Courier Partner will be able to deliver the shipment to you between Monday and Saturday: 9 am to 7 pm.

Returns, Exchanges & Store Credit

Please raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery by calling/WhatsApp our Customer Service at +91 9187983025, Monday – Saturday, 10 am-6 pm, or by email at support@casadvipa.com. Include your Order ID, Product details and upload a clear image or a video of the product received.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide a Store Credit equivalent to the value of the approved return.

Please note: Casa Dvipa does not offer monetary refunds. Once your return request is approved, the eligible amount will be issued as Store Credit, which can be redeemed against any future purchase on the Casa Dvipa website, subject to applicable terms and validity.

Return Policy

You may request a return or exchange if:

The product is damaged on arrival.
If you received an incorrect item .
The product has a manufacturing defect .
Exchanges are allowed only once per order.
The item must be unused , in its original packaging , with all tags and protective wrapping intact.
Supporting photos or video of the damaged or incorrect product must be shared at the time of raising the request.

Approval & Pickup

Once approved, we will schedule a reverse pickup via our courier partner, where available. In remote areas, we may request you to self-ship the product.

Inspection
After the returned item reaches us, we will inspect it. If approved, we’ll issue a replacement or Store credit (as applicable) within 5–7 working days.

Important Notes

Please do not accept packages that appear tampered with or damaged at the time of delivery.
Any claims made after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
All exchanges are subject to quality check approval at our warehouse.

Items Not Eligible for Return/Exchange

Products damaged after delivery due to mishandling, dropping, or improper use.
Handcrafted or natural finish items with minor variations in colour, texture, or shape (these are not defects).
Products purchased during the sale period/ discounted pricing are not eligible for exchanges.
Gift Items are not eligible for exchanges.

Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of order confirmation. To cancel an order, log in to your account and use the cancellation feature in your order history. Raise a cancellation request to customer service at +91 9187983025 (Monday-Saturday 10 am – 6 pm) or email us at support@casadvipa.com. Amount paid will be refunded by the same mode the customer has used to pay.
